We are committed to reducing our environmental impact by investing in practical, energy-efficient solutions that enhance the long-term performance, resilience, and sustainability of our operations.
Energy & Resource Efficiency
Our sustainability initiatives include generating renewable energy through our in-house photovoltaic (PV) system, improving energy efficiency by replacing conventional air conditioning units with high-efficiency inverter systems, and retro fitting of conventional lighting to LED technology.
We also conserve water through rainwater harvesting and other water-saving measures, while optimising building performance through motion sensor lighting controls and continuous monitoring of building services.

Sustainable Operations
We are also progressively transitioning our operational fleet to electric vehicles as part of our commitment to cleaner and more sustainable operations. Together, these measures now enable us to generate approximately 40% of the building’s electrical energy demand from clean, renewable sources, significantly reducing our carbon footprint, lowering our dependence on the national electrical grid, strengthening operational resilience, and delivering substantial reductions in operating costs.
